Shopping Basics

Whatever is the most convenient for the client. We use Swiss Post as the main mean of shipment. We also partner with DHL if the shipment is abroad, or is of an urgent matter.
If the weather allows and the purchase is made from within the City of Zurich, we may offer delivery free of charge using bicycle 🙂 Usually we agree this option by contacting each other in advance.

Delivery time: usually 2 – 3 working days. In case the delivery takes longer, the customer will be notified at the latest after this period has expired. If the delivery is not reaching the client in the satisfactory period of time, client has right for a refund.

The buyer must check the delivered items as soon as possible and report found defects immediately. If the defects resurface after the purchase not because of the clients’ fault, the buyer has the right of requesting repairs free of charge, making a deduction from the price corresponding to the reduced value, withdrawing from the contract or obtaining a replacement delivery.

Spells Of The Moon is not liable for defects that are caused by operational failures, misuse, cases where the usage recommendations are not followed. The purchased item can be returned within 30 days in case it (and the packaging) haven’t been worn/used and damaged. The return costs applies to the client.

Yes. We can easily ship abroad, we do ship to Lichtenstein,  often to Lithuania, but all shipments outside Switzerland should be agreed in advance. Easier for both parties to plan the shipment and the time of delivery.

  • Cash on delivery in Zurich, if agreed via written communication*
  • Invoice**

*We adore cash! 🙂 we enjoy opportunity to deliver goods within the city of Zurich ourselves, then cash is a preferred option.

**Payment via invoice

The invoice will be sent by the email upon the purchase. We are asking you to complete the payment within 10 working days.
In case the invoice is not paid after 60 days, we would have to hand over the invoice to the Credit collection agencies. Claim can be associated with the additional costs.

We do accept international cards, except American Express (AMEX)

Shipping & Returns

You contact us by e-mail.

The purchased item can be returned within 30 days in case it (and the packaging) haven’t been worn/used and damaged. The return costs applies to the client.

If the refund request is a valid request for refund, it should take no longer than 2-3 working days. (international purchase refunds might take up to 5 working days)
